Oh, Dear Edith, I am so sorry to hear of your demise. You were such an extremely intelligent, admirable, fun,and sincere friend. We had so much outrageous fun together in high school. I really never said it to you but I envied your beautiful red hair, which I should have had, by rights and genetics, but only got the freckels! I appreciated watching you make some of your family's dinner including the yummy beef gravy and bread stuffing you baked in the oven. Would that I could have done that for my family then. I usually went home to my dad's question, "Margaret, have you peeled the potatoes yet???" You know, it is the IRISH thing! I guess we lost touch after I married Tony, an also loving and dear guy. I went on to college, as I am certain you must have done also, with your great intellect. I was so happy to hear from Jim about the reunions and hope you will be with us, in spirit, at the 1954 and 1955 reunion. I will watch for your "signs".
