Jerilynn Cope-Norgon

JERILYNN COPE-NORGON Jerilynn K. Cope-Norgon passed away at 5:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, 2008, at home with her husband, Jim, and her two best friends, Zoe and Babe, after a year-long battle with cancer. Jerilynn was born in Phoenix, June 16, 1942, and moved to Boulder City as a young girl. She went to school in Boulder City, and to college at Long Beach State. After college, Jerilynn went to work for the Las Vegas Valley Water District, from where she retired after 34 years. Jerilynn loved her friends and her trips to Mexico. Jerilynn leaves behind her husband, Jim; her twin aunts, Helen and Harriet; her cousins, Terry, Denny, Nancy and many more. Jerilynn will be greatly missed. A memorial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20, at Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North.
