BOB MINER Robert "Bob" Miner, 71, passed away Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015, at Valley Hospital. He was born Nov. 8, 1944, in Burbank, Calif., and was a 62-year Nevada resident. He retired in 2010 after 35 years in the gaming industry as an executive casino host. He is survived by his wife, of 34 years, Delores "Dee" Miner; his brother, Gary; two children, son, Kort, and daughter, Danielle; and six grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 15, at St. Joseph, Husband of Mary, Catholic Church, 7260 W. Sahara Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89117.

Denny and I found our about Bob passing away in July. Needless to say we feel like a part of us is missing. Denny was friends with him since early grade school on BC. I knew him since 1959. We feel prevlidged to have known him and send our best wishes to Dee. He was loved by many, and will be missed every day. It's our loss and know he's watching over all of us, and laughing himself silly.
