Madelaine E. Garrett

Madelaine E. Garrett, 92, of Boulder City died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 6, 1909, in Audubon, Iowa. A resident for 59 years, she was a retired music teacher, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Philanthropic Educational Organization.

She is survived by one sister, Carol Godbey of Boulder City.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Faith Christian Church, Boulder City. Burial will follow in Palm Mausoleum. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

The family suggests donations to Garrett Middle School, Music Scholarship Fund, 1200 Avenue G, Boulder City.
