As fate would have it, Danny’s girls and mine became friends at Durango HS in Las Vegas, not knowing that their dads were former schoolmates. The girls were seriously involved in band activities which led to us parents crossing paths at performances over several years. It was my honor to reconnect with Danny at this later stage in life. He was a good man and father. RIP.
