Barbara Russell Curry died peacefully on April 2, 2017 in Chula Vista, CA. She moved to Boulder City in 1939 when her father was hired by the Bureau of Reclamation as a photographer. After graduation from BCHS in 1948 she attended UNR and USC. Upon graduation in 1954, Barbara moved to Chula Vista CA. She taught for many years in El Cajon, CA. Barbra was predeceased by her parents and sisters, Patricia Russell Lappin and Claire Russell Hurley. She is survived by her niece Penny Lappin Lester and nephew David Lappin. Private services were held in Chula Vista, CA
