Mitchell Owen Thornley passed away Saturday, June 11, 1994.

Born October 5, 1968 in Perth, Australia. Graduated from Bountiful High School (1986) and the University of Utah (1992). Served in the Washington Seattle Mission. Married Christina McConkie in the Salt Lake LDS Temple in March 22, 1991. Taught Sunday School in the West Bountiful 2nd Ward. Employed by Franklin Quest, Salt Lake City.Survived by his wife, Christina McConkie Thornley, and their son, Richmond Stirling Thornley, West Bountiful; his parents, Gary M. Thornley and Katherine M. Thornley, Bountiful; his brother and sisters, Kathleen T. Bradford, Matthew S. Thornley, Julia T. Barnett, all from Bountiful; his grandparents, H. Stirling and Julia M. Thornley, Woods Cross; O. Grant and Mabel A. Macdonald, Mesa, Ariz.; and member of Christina's family, Sheldon and Sirpa McConkie, Bountiful; Wayne L. McConkie, Brigham City; Joel W. McConkie, Bountiful/

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 14, at 12 noon in the Mueller Park Fifth Ward, 1320 East 1975 South, Bountiful. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m., Monday, June 13, at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main Street, Bountiful, and at the ward chapel an hour and one-half before the service.
