I got to know Mary more during our trip to London and France with our Latin teacher, during our Junior year. She was a lot of fun and very silly at times. In France, when we couldn't figure out where to wash our clothes, we just used that second toilet-looking-thing that spurted water. Who knew then that it was a bidet??? (gross now, practical then).
It was really sad to see the obituary Mom sent me from the local Bowie paper. Mary died from brain cancer and left behind a husband and 4 children. It looks as though she was doing the things she loved most- caring for her children and working with horses.

Miss you Mary!
