Hazel Lila Hilton was born in 1909, the youngest daughter of Willis and Linda Hilton.  She graduated from Lincoln Academy and Rockland Commercial College and attended Farmington Normal School.  She married Linwood E. (Tim) Timberlake in 1932 and they made their home in Portland, ME.  Hazel and Tim had four children:  Linwood E. (Baby Tim) Timberlake, Jr., b. 1934, d. 1936; Naydene, b. 1937; Linda, b. 1943; and Jeanette, b. 1948.  Hazel taught school in Portland for many years.  She died in 1986, a year after her husband Tim died.  Hazel, Tim and Baby Tim are all buried in the Broad Cove Cemetery.
