Robert D. Pitmon, 29, 2900 Hickory Lane, Port Orchard, died Friday at Harrison Memorial Hospital of Complications arising from Hodgkins' Disease.
Mr. Pitmon was a life long Kitsap Country resident who was employed as a bus driver for the South Kitsap Transportation System. He also was a member of Star of the Sea Catholic Church and enjoyed roller skating, hunting, bowling, fishing and camping.
He was born Sept. 9, 1952 in Bremerton and is survivied by his daughters, Loa Joleene Pitmon and Lynnette Maree Pitmon; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Myron D. Pitmon of Tahuya; two sisters, Denise Marie Wright of Bremerton and Forrest Ann Fleming of Seattle; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Tharoldson of Bemidji, Minn.
Services will be Wednesday at 1 p..m at Miller-Woodlawn Funderal Home, with Intermit and Miller-Woodlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening at Miller-Woodlawn Funeral Home.
