Samuel Perry Jr., 69, passed away unexpectedly June 13, 2023 after a brief illness with cancer, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Bangor, April 12, 1954, son of Samuel J. Sr. and Betty Perry. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps for several years and was stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC and Okinawa, Japan. He was previously employed at Eastern Fine Paper and thereafter traveled throughout the U.S. working for a cooling tower company up until 2012. He retired and lived in Guilford, Maine for the remainder of his years and was known to always help his friends and others in need within the community.

He is survived by his wife Janeen Perry; two children, Jason Perry and Samantha (Perry) Becker of California and their spouses; sister, Bonnie and husband Wayne Deane; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
