BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — The Oklahoma State Medical Examiner (OME) released the autopsy reports and identified the victims of a July Broken Arrow murder-suicide.

FOX23 reported on the incident after Broken Arrow Police said 26-year-old Jacob Haas shot three family members, then shot himself inside a house on July 19.

The OME report said Haas shot his brother, 21-year-old Jared Shawn Haas-Upky in the face. Haas shot his 55-year-old aunt Ange Marie Adkins and 76-year-old grandfather Arthur Wayne Haas, both in the head or neck area at least once.

Haas' autopsy report says he shot himself in the head and neck area at least once.
