From Rita - Kitty Moore passed away on Monday, February 10th.  I only found out when I saw it in Thursday's paper and have had trouble getting info.  The article said services are pending with Fitzgerald Ivy Funeral Chapel in Tulsa but I heard from her co-workers the funeral is going to be today at noon at Floral Haven - but that is not posted on Floral Haven's website.  

She worked at the same post acute hospital I used to work at and she collapsed at work and was taken by EMSA to Saint Francis where she died.  The staff at Post Acute told me she had COPD really bad but would not give up smoking.  They felt her death was respiratory/cardiac related but could not confirm cause of death.  They are holding a small service for her at Post Acute Specialty Hospital next week.
