Fray DeWayne Foster was born in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on Sunday, November 6, 1949, the son of Fray Oliver and Marzella G. (Plunk) Foster. He died on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 in Wagoner, Oklahoma. He was 65 years of age.

DeWayne, a native of Broken Arrow, was a 1969 graduate of Broken Arrow High School. He attended Northeastern Oklahoma A & M in Miami, Oklahoma. He worked at Ford Glass Plant as an inspector. DeWayne enjoyed duck hunting and fishing. He loved watching horse shows and sports. He attended Wagoner First Assembly of God.
