Funeral Services for Lorie Rebecca Holbrook have been scheduled for 10:00 AM, Monday, November 18, 2013 at the First Baptist Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Pastor Nick Garland will officiate. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery in Wagoner, Oklahoma under the direction of Hayhurst Funeral Home.

Lorie Rebecca Holbrook was born August 30, 1971 in Muskogee, Oklahoma the daughter of Frank A. Gadberry and Lakita Gail (Fleming) Mayfield. She died Thursday, November 14, 2013 at St. Francis South Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was 42 years of age.

Lorie was a 1989 graduate of Broken Arrow High School. She also attended Tulsa Community College and attended Broken Arrow Beauty College. She was a homemaker and had worked at Osseco in the Accounting Department from 1989 to 1997. She had also been a Nurses’s Aide at St. Francis Broken Arrow Hospital. She lived in Broken Arrow for most of her life. She loved taking care of her boys and enjoyed writing, illustrating children’s books, art, and music. She was an animal lover, always helping them.
