Brian May was a friend of mine and also a special person to my mom, who was his middle school band teacher. Each year on Brian's birthday I call his mom Kelly to remind her that Brian touched my life and that he is still in my thoughts. He died our senior year in a car accident and has been deeply missed. Brian will always be a special person to me and no matter how much time passes, will not fade in my memory.
