Cunningham was born September 1, 1974, at Tulsa to Carl and Paula (Richards) Cunningham. He died October 4, 2005, at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa. He was 31 years of age. A 1992 graduate of Broken Arrow High School, Cunningham received a degree in engineering/physics from the University of Tulsa in 1998. He lived in the Tulsa area all of his life. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Roy and Frankie Richards and grandfather Carl Cunningham Sr. He is survived by his parents, sister Candace Cunningham of St. Louis, MO, and grandmother Regina Cunningham of Broken Arrow.
