Eric Trogden

Eric Wayne Trogdon (i.e. Trog) age 36, died Friday, April 2, 2010, at an Oklahoma City hospital after an extended illness. He was born August 31, 1973 in Tulsa, OK to Lloyd and Sharon (Johnston) Trogdon and grew up in Broken Arrow. He was a graduate of Broken Arrow High School and had a Business degree from UCO. He was a software engineer at Boeing at the time of his death. Trog was a true "adrenaline junkie" and loved racing bicycles and motorcycles, flair bar tending, snowboarding, skateboarding and shooting. He was a "Life" Boy Scout and a member of St. Andrew's UMC in Oklahoma City. Survivors include his wife, Leah, of the home; his parents, Lloyd and Sharon Trogdon of Broken Arrow; one sister, Amy Allen, and husband, Todd, of Stillwater; his father- and mother-in-law, Steve and Cherlene Brant of Oklahoma City; one sister-in-law, Stephanie Brant of Oklahoma City; and one special great-uncle, T.J. Hunker of Wheatland. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: James and Bernice Johnston and Bob and Jerry Trogdon. Services will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at St. Andrew's UMC, 2727 SW 119th, OKC, OK, with interment following in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Wheatland, OK, under the direction of McNeil's Mustang Funeral Service, Mustang, Oklahoma.
