Tara was a true original. She was an "influencer" before the word was invented. It is no wonder that I have a daughter named Tara. Rest in peace, my friend.
I knew Tara when we were kids and I lived on Kimball Ave. We trick or treated together for several years, traveling miles! The third person in that group was Cheri Brand, the kid that modeled for her artist mom to create the iconic Coppertone kid. Cheri says she's shown her ass more than any other American. 🤣 Tara must have come to B'ville after I left because I dont remember being her high school classmate. She was known as T.K. back then.

I love this picture of Tara. She was always so nice and funny. Rest in peace.
