Van Burke Garner, 53, of Midland, passed away Friday, June 22, 2007, at his home in Midland.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 28, at the Terry County Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Ken Horn officiating.
Mr. Garner was born on Aug. 29, 1953 in Brownfield to Val and Genene Garner. He attended San Angelo State University. He owned and operated Red Line Express Trucking in Midland.
He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Tommy Garner.
Mr. Garner is survived by two sons--Val and Chris, both of Panama City Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Valdine Garner and Jan Newton, and one grandson, Leland Garner of Panama City, FLa.
