BROWNFIELD (Special) - Services for Norman Jackson Jr., 45, of Brownfield will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Greater New Hope Baptist Church in Brownfield with the Rev. Michael Hudson, pastor of Sixth Street Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery under direction of Head Family Funeral Home.

Jackson died Thursday, Feb. 12, 1998, in Methodist Hospital in Lubbock.

He was born Sept. 30, 1952, in Littlefield. He was a member of Sixth Street Baptist Church. He moved to Brownfield from Littlefield.

He was a field supervisor for Altura Energy.

Survivors include his wife, Joan; his parents, Norman Sr. and Maudesta Jackson of Lamesa; a son, Eric of Lubbock; two daughters, Deidre Jackson of Lubbock and Monica Jackson of Brownfield; a brother, Grove Lee Pigrum of Lawton, Okla.; a sister, Dora Maynor of Clovis, N.M.; and a grandchild.
