SNYDER - Wayne Allen Thompson age 47, of Lake J.B. Thomas, died at his home, Sunday, April 9, 2000 after a lengthy illness.

Born March, 1953 in Brownfield, Mr. Thompson had lived in the Lake J.B. Thomas area for a number of years. He was a musician and entertainer. He played the guitar in various bands, playing in clubs in the area and in Abilene.

Survivors include his nephew Spencer Lanning of Stephenville; aunts and uncles, Bill Neal of Andrews, Jim Neal of Seminole, Dan Neal of Wellman, Jack Thompson of Brownfield, and Madeline Klein of Ballinger. Mr. Thompson will be cremated and no services are planned at this time. Arrangements by Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
