Billy passed away on August 28, 2007 at the age of 51 from an illness. He lived in Ellettsville, IN at the time and is survived by his wife, Darlene; daughters Aimee Hyman and Robin Vermillon; son Clay Durham; mother Frances; sister Brenda Hyman Morris; and grandchildren Devon, Lexie and Taylor
