"Bo" passed away in Rock Hill, South Carolina on November 8, 2005, at the age of 49.  He is survived by his wife, Patricia; his son, Gabriel, and his daughters Jean, Joanne and Mercedes.  He is also survived by his brothers, Joe Valdez in Irving, TX; Albert Valdez, Jr. in Corpus Christi, TX; Luis Valdez in Kerrville, TX; and Albert Flores in Odessa, TX; as well as his sisters, Mary Gonzales in Cushing, OK; Margarita Campos in Andrews, TX and Stella Zuno in Colorado Springs, CO.
