We have lived in Guatemala for 22 years. We have a children's home with 50 kids, a Christian school for the community, a medical/dental clinic, and short-term mission opportunities.

We will have our 1st grandchild in May. Celebrating 30 years of marriage in June 2011...

One of the stories I tell about high school--in chemistry lab we were doing an experiment. I felt a burning sensation and looked down to see my navy blue hose full of holes--hydrochloric acid burns, courtesy of Chip Lowe.....I ran to the bathroom and rinsed off my legs, so I didn't sustain bad burns
