Jimmy passed away on July 10, 2009 at the age of 47 as a result of injuries he received in an automobile accident.  He was living in Lubbock, TX at the time of his death and is survived by his wife, Lynne; sons Marshall and Morgan; daughter-in-law Nora (Morgan's wife); mother Frances; and sister Brenda Hyman Morris.
