Lyla L. "Janzen" Moore

Lyla L. "Janzen" Moore was born Wednesday, March 03, 1943 and died on Thursday, December 17, 1992 at the age of 49 years, 9 months, 14 days in Nickerson, Reno County, Kansas.

NICKERSON - Lyla Lucille Moore, 49, died Dec. 17, 1992, at Hutchinson Hospital
 
She was born March 3, 1943, at Goessel, the daughter of Abe and Elizabeth Hiebert Janzen.
 
A Nickerson resident since 1970, she was a homemaker. S h e was a member of the United Methodist Church, in Nickerson, the Moose Lodge and the D.A.V., both at Hutchinson.
 
On Aug. 14, 1970, she married James Moore at Nickerson. He survives.  
Other survivors include: two sons, Travis, Wichita, and James Jr.. of the home; two daughters,
Annette Harmony, Hutchinson, and Denise Moore, Nickerson; two brothers, Dclbert Janzen, Tulsa, Okla., and Levi Janzen, Hutchinson; three grandchildren; and two greatgrandchildren.
 
Funeral was at 10 a.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church, Nickerson, with the Revs. Daniel Raines and Roy Nelson presiding.  Burial was in the Wildmead Cemetery, Nickerson.  Memorials may be sent to the Leukemia Society in care of the church.
