Jean Elizabeth Noble Gray passed away on Tuesday at her home in Angier, NC. She was the wife of the late Earl Gray, Ag Teacher at Anderson Creek for many years.

A native of Lenoir County, she was the daughter of the late John William and Mertie Davenport Noble.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM at Angier Baptist Church. Burial will take place at the Holland-Gray Cemetery, Kinston.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl E. Gray, Sr.; daughter, Carol Gray Shipley, brothers, Linwood, J B, and Milton Noble.

Surviving are her daughters, Brenda Gray Talton (Tommy) of Fuquay-Varina; Betty Gray Kiefer (Brent) of Garner; son Earl Eugene Gray, Jr. (Tami) of Holly Springs; grandchildren, Michelle Talton Goss (Chad) of Fuquay-Varina; Stephanie Talton Greer ( Matt) of Lillington; Crystal Gray Harrelson of Rocky Mount; Chad Shipley of Raleigh; Trey Tidwell (Alyssa) of Oklahoma; Emily Gray of South Carolina; Steven and Grayson Kiefer, of Garner; great-grandchildren, Chase and Mikaela Goss, Caroline Elizabeth Greer, Colton and Caydance Harrelson; sisters, Grace Rouse of Kinston and Vonnie Lou Stocks of Hookerton.

The family will receive friends Friday 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier and at other times at the home.
