Hello, I am Helen's daughter in law, Melissa Chase. Sadly Helen recently passed (3/16/23) at home surrounded by her family after bravely fighting against a very aggresive form of cancer. She is survived by her husband Marvin, and her son, Sean and daughter Heidi. Sean is my husband and we have 2 boys that Helen loved to spoil, Ian and Roman Chase. We all miss her daily.

So sad to hear of Helen's passing. We were neighbors when we were in highschool and spent a fair amont of time together. After graduation we went our separate ways, but were able to meet up at the reunions, which makes me think of the last one. We had such a great time together and were looking forward to meeting again at our next reunion.
Helen was so sweet and so much fun to be around. Still remember her laugh, which was a big part of her, along with her sense of humor. She could make a bad day bright again.
I always think of the saying "the best things come in small packages", because Helen was petite. And in my book, Helen was the best, in so many ways.
