Jennifer Miyoko Follette, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, died peacefully at home September 4th, 2012, surrounded by friends and family.
She is survived by her husband of 22 years, David, their sons Alex (12) and Nathan (11) sister Katherine, brother Marcus and father James Peterson. Jennifer's mother, Louise, was also taken by this terrible disease seven years ago.
Jennifer will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her. She was truly a brilliant and beautiful person who lived her life with grace and passion.

I just found out that Jennifer passed on. My stomach dropped. I am so saddened. She was a great woman and friend in high school. I didn't attend our 25th reunion and I haven't been to the "in memory" page in years, so it was news to me. We will miss you Jennifer! I'm so very glad I was able to see her at our 20th reunion.

Shocked here as well. I had heard we were fighting the same battle, during the same time in 2012 and am heartbroken to read this now. My heart goes out to those of you close to Jennifer and especially to her family. No words can express what I know about this disease and hearing this today.....Jennifer - I am so sorry.
