What sad news to read! Mark Gale stands out in my mind as always being a perfect gentleman! It's so sad to hear that someone so young has left this earth! God must have big plans for him now... thanks for making me smile on more than one occasion Mark! Love, a distant friend
Mark and I shared first and middle names and were friends from kindergarten on (even after we got in a fight at the bus stop in 1st grade and he gave me a bloody nose!) I'd gladly let him punch me out again if it meant he was still with us! Mark was always so much fun, generous, kind, and caring. I have fond memories of walking home 2 miles together from Sylvester MS, having mud pit wrestling matches at Grandma's farm, sledding down "Gale's hill", and so much more.
Mark could always make me laugh. I remember sitting next to him in DECA class and getting into trouble by Mr. Crawley for laughing all the time at Mark's silly jokes. I remember asking him to formal tolo and having a great time! He was a perfect gentleman! Kind, respectful, and a wee bit mischevious... but in a good way! Gone far too soon.... you are missed Mark!

Mark Gale was a blessing to everyone he touched. Quick with a smile, light hearted and jovial but not irreverant. His loss was our loss.Mai Manseguiao

Mark seemed to be one of those guys that was always smiling and in a good mood. What a loss.

I remember his smile big as life. He passed away August 1996 at age 24. Heartbreaking.
