Survived By: Bill is survived by his son, Steve (Julie) Marble and daughters, Julie (Raymie) Thornton Jeane Hamilton-Leckey, sister Kit Dixon, 3 grandchildren, Michael, Chyanne and Chase. Bill was preceded in death by his wife Sherrill.

William (Bill) Marble BHS class of 1962 January 8, 1945 to August 29, 2014 William (Bill) Marble was born on January 8, 1945 in Hollywood, CA and passed away on August 29, 2014 from heart failure . He spent most of his childhood in California. He graduated from OSU in 1967. Since then he has been a longtime resident of Corbett, Oregon. Bill created and built Marble Manor, a successful engineering business. This business took him to many countries around the globe. He and his life partner, Mary Eccleston, enjoyed traveling the continental US, Alaska, Canada, and Mexico in his motor home. He was able to ride the rails in one of his speeders (old railcars), in many places across the country. Bill was fascinated by everything steam train related. Also, he enjoyed rebuilding his old cars including his 1935 Plymouth Business Coupe, which he originally bought at 15.
