Hey, Rodney was a pretty interesting guy. He had a twisted sense of humor like me. I called him "The Starving Survivor"! That was because he was always trying to get some of my lunch off me, all I ate was 1 maple bar. He yelled down the grocery store isle at me - turn side ways Dolores, I did, he yelled, "Where'd she go"! I really enjoyed that guy! I'm so sorry he has missed out on the rest of life.
Rodney always had a special place in my heart. For about two years he would just show up at my house. He always wanted to talk about faith issues. Some days he wanted to debate my beliefs and other days he just wanted to hang with my family and me. Sometimes, I felt he was lost and other times I had faith that he would figure out where he was supposed to go with his life. I miss him. He had a great spirit and he was funny. Steve Hoag, Rodney and I spent a lot of time together because Steve lived in my neighborhood and Rodney visited both of us. He wore a ring on his thumb when it wasn't a stylish thing to do and he walked places when others driving. He danced to his own drummer and I hope he is dancing in heaven.
