Susan and I had some wonderful memories while we were roommates while she was attending the UW and I was working there. She is greatly missed.

Susan was a good friend who I and others dearly miss. She made a difference in the lives of many as she taught voice and piano lesson privately in her home and at Mount Vernon Christian School.  Both of my daughters had the privilege of taking lessons from her and they still refer to her as Aunt Susan.  For a few years she lead a choir of young people from around the state which was a ministry she really enjoyed.  Susan also worked as the director of Child Evangelism Fellowship and directed or assisted with the music in a number of churches. I especially miss the fun and laughter we shared, but I am confident that we will meet again in heaven.

I will never forget when Susan and I ... as single Moms ... rented a mini van, threw the kids in and headed to Disneyland ... just like we had good sense ... we had a GREAT time.

Susan, I miss your laughter and stories ...

I suppose, as a child I knew you too well cousin. We spent too much time together and drove each other a little crazy. Perhaps I was jealous of your amazing music talent. As a single mother, you raised three amazing, intelligent and gracious children. You poured all of yourself into them. They would make you proud now Susan. Rest well, rest well.
