Jeff Francis

I attended Skagit Valley College and received my Electronics degree in 1980. After that I moved to Seattle and worked for Alaska Airlines. In 1988 I joined the Shell Oil Refinery in Anacortes (now known as Tesoro) and work as an operator. My wife Tami and I were married on 9/4/04 and we built a new home in Bay View.
