"Services for Dave Johnson will be held on Monday, May 3, 2010 at 10:00 am at Young's Funeral Home 11813 SW Pacific Highway in Tigard, Oregon. He was born on October 17, 1960 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to William Johnson and Joan Burbank. On August 11, 2007 he married Valerie Martin in Forest Grove, Oregon. Dave enjoyed snowboarding, motorcycling, fly fishing and photography. He is survived by his wife Valerie ; son Michael; step-daughters, Deanna (Brian) O'Halloran, Natasha Frederick, and Sabrina Frederick all of Tualatin, Oregon; father, William Johnson of Burlington, Washington and mother, Joan Burbank of Mt. Vernon, Washington. A reception will be held following services at McMenamins, Cornelius Pass Roadhouse and Imbrie Hall, 4045 N.W. Cornelius Pass Rd. Hillsboro, OR 97124. Memorial contributions can be made in Dave's name at any US bank location. Arrangements under the direction of Young's Funeral Home, Tigard, OR."

DAVID W. JOHNSON (1960 - 2010)

David William Johnson passed away suddenly April 19, 2010.

He lived in Beaverton, Oregon area the past 29 years last working for Sun MicroSystems.

Dave graduated from B-E High School 1979 and DeVries Institute - Phoenix 1981. He was born Oct. 17, 1960 in Albuquerque NM.

Dave is survived by wife Valerie, son Michael, three stepdaughters all of Tigard OR; mother, Joan Johnson, Mt. Vernon; father, Bill (Y'londa) Johnson, Burl- ington; sisters, Susan Grenier, Yacolt WA, Amy Leichliter, Glendale CA; brothers, Mike Johnson, Burlington; Steve (Laura) Johnson, Seattle; Doug (Debbi) Johnson, Lynden; grandfather, Lester Johnson, Hamilton, MT; as well as nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and Val's family members.

Dave was an avid golfer, snowboarder, fisherman, photographer, motorbike rider. He will be honored Sun. May 2 at a family golfing tournament in Tigard OR and celebration of his life Monday, May 3, 10a.m., Young's Funeral Home, Tigard, OR.
