Jeffrey H. Draper Jeffrey H. Draper, 51, of 229B Grandview Blvd. in Butler, died Thursday at the Emergency Room of the Butler Memorial Hospital.Born May 25, 1956, in Butler, he was a son of Margaret (Proctor) Draper and the late Jack Draper.He was a graduate of Butler High School, had earned an associate's degree in accounting and had received his L.P.N. degree, both from Butler County Community College. He was postmaster for the post office in Herman and worked for the United States Postal Service for more than 20 years.He was a member of St. Peter Episcopal Church in Butler and an assistant leader for the Girl Scouts, with whom he had been an active volunteer for 14 years. He enjoyed landscaping, gardening, woodworking, collecting old toys, had a beer can collection, loved the outdoors and especially loved his mustang convertible.He was a veteran of the United States Army Pennsylvania National Guard.He is survived by his wife, Joanne I. (Green) Draper, whom he married September 24, 1978.He also is survived by two sons, Jim E. (Patty) Wilson and Jefferson D. "Bud" (Dawna) Draper both of Butler; two daughters, Kimberly S. (Bob) Curzi of Oil City and Crystal H. "Doll" (Richard) White of Butler; two granddaughters, Amanda M. Wilson and Erykah Q. Draper; his mother, Margaret Draper of Butler; two brothers, John Draper of Butler and James Draper of Minnesota; two sisters, Jill Draper of Mexico and Jayne Draper of Butler; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Draper.DRAPER - Friends of Jeffrey H. Draper, who died Thursday, April 10, 2008, will be received at the GEIBELFUNERALHOME, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. The Rev. Bruce Geary will officiate.
