Thomas P. Pincek, 53, of Butler passed away Sunday evening at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born in Butler, July 23, 1956, he was the son of Virginia A. Sherman Pincek Namesnik and the late Isadore S. Pincek.
Thomas was a bartender at the Huddle Lounge.
He was a graduate of Butler High School, Class of 1974.
Mr. Pincek was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church, the Italian Society of Butler, the American Legion Post 117 and the Elks Lodge of Butler.
He is survived by his fiancee, Kathy File of Butler; two sons, Jonathan and Zachary Pincek of Butler; his mother, Virginia Sherman Pincek Namesnik of Butler; five sisters, Patricia (James) Nocera of Butler, Kathleen (Brad) Thompson of Butler, Lisa (George) Phillips of Butler, Michele Pincek of Butler and Marsha (James) Baldacci of North Carolina; one stepbrother, John Namesnik Jr. of Butler; and one sister-in-law, Margaret Murray of New Zealand. He also is survived by members of his fiancee's family, Debbie Fitzpatrick, Joe File and Carrie File. Also 13 nieces and nephews and three stepnephews survive.
He was preceded in death by his father, Isadore Pincek, who passed away in May 1971; one brother, Mark "Buzzy" Pincek in May 1984; his stepfather, John Namesnik Sr. in October 2003; and his grandparents, Clarence and Mary Sherman and Vendell and Josephine Pincek.
PINCEK — Friends of Thomas P. Pincek, who died Sunday, March 14, 2010, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Martin Funeral Home, 429 Center Ave. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. James Dolan officiating. Burial will be in the St. Michael Cemetery.

The Bereavement Group of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church will meet at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home for a scriptural wake service.
