Samuel J. Kudika, 56, of Clearwater, Fla., passed away suddenly April 16 at his home.  He was born April 30, 1956 in Butler to Barbara and the late Stephen Kudika.  Sam had an avid interest in drag racing and the Pittsburgh Steelers.  He loved boating and being at the beach and will be fondly remembered as a very giving person who was eager to help any of his friends and neighbors.  He is survived by his wife, Joni (Sasala) of 24 years; his mother in Butler, his brother, Dave and wife, Susan, of Canton, Ohio; his brother, Scott and his wife, Lisa, of Norcross, GA; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
