Rhonda L. Harrison, of Cambridge, passed away at her mothers home in Cambridge on Monday August 13, 2001. She was 31. She was born in Cambridge on February 13, 1970 and was the daughter of Linda Morris Harrison and Joseph Olin Sonny Harrison III.

Rhonda had been raised in Cambridge and had attended schools in Dorchester Co. She had graduated from Cambridge South Dorchester High School in 1988. For the past five years she had been employed by the Dorchester Co. Sheriffs Office. She was also a member of Rescue Fire Co. Inc. and was a certified E.M.T. Rhonda had attended the Cambridge Wesleyan Church.

She is survived by a son, Trevor O. Harrison and her mother, Linda M. Harrison, both of Cambridge, her father, Joseph O. Sonny Harrison III and step mother Paula Harrison of East New Market, her paternal grandmother, Otalie Dayton of Cambridge, her maternal grandparents, George and Daphne Legg of East New Market and Ronald O. and Vern Morris of Woolford two brothers, Scott Harrison and J.P. Harrison, both of Cambridge, two sisters, Katie Harrison of Cambridge and Lisa Hill of Bowie; two nieces Samantha Harrison and Nicole Harrison and several aunts and uncles.

A Funeral service will be held on Thursday afternoon at 1:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home in Cambridge with the Rev. Barry L. Miller officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday during the two hours preceding the service. Pallbearers will be members of the Dorchester Co. Sheriffs Office.
