This is the first I've heard of this and would be lying if I didn't admit I was a bit floored. Erin was always an upbeat, positive, and supportive member of our class. Despite her condition she never really let it show.
Erin passed away three years ago this month after a brave fight against Cystic Fibrosis (CF). Those who knew Erin remember her as a loyal friend and will not forget her laugh, her spunk, and her big heart. Wise beyond her years, Erin fit a lot of life into 24 short years. She was the best friend you could ever ask for, and is sorely missed.
