I remember that Warren especially liked the song "Twlight Time" by the Platters and every time I hear that song his name comes to mind.

Skip and I drove to Washington DC on a moments notice to see the bier (in the Capital Rotunda) and funeral of President Kennedy.  We stood in line to enter the rotunda for 13 hours.  We were among the last to enter the rotunda as the bier was remove at 6am for the funeral.  We were among 300,000 mourners in the line that night.  Skip, Bill Stephenson and I hung out together frequently.  I would go to Skip's house on Sunday evenings and watch TV with him and his family (Mother, Father, brothers Bill and Carl and sister Jan).  I was an Usher in Skip's wedding party.  Donna was his wife's name.  Her maiden name escapes me now.  They were married in Linhurst, a formal wedding.  Donna was a graduate of Bowling Green, Skip from Hiram.  Dan Shields
