KaRene Kunselman Oliver

After high school, I attended CSU in Fort Collins and graduated with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems and a Certificate of International Business. I am now attending Grand Canyon University pursuing my Masters Degree!

When I graduated I didn't really know what I wanted to do with my life yet so I had a couple odds jobs for awhile, then decided I wanted to go into teaching. I got hired to be a high school teacher and throughout the first year of teaching I got my teaching license and I love it. I've been teaching for four years now and coaching volleyball as well. I love it and interacting with the students everyday is such a rewarding job. It's very weird to think that it's been 10 years since we were in their place. Oh, the memories!

I'd say my favorite memory from high school and I guess my favorite thing in general from high school is the sporting events. Whether playing or just attending, that is something I can never get back. I loved every minute playing and interacting with my teammates as well as just watching the other sports I didn't play.
