In Chapel on Sat. eve.,  for future insight , instead of trying to answer the 3 questions, passing the microphone to each person in the circle and having them give a litte blurb (summary) on what they have been doing the last 40 years.  Some things that people have done would have opened up to animated discussion afterwards, on similiar stories, and some people upon hearing like stories to their own would find they have things in common w/people they didn't before.

On Sat. afternoon a group of us GIRLS (women,now) did just that very thing and it became a great sharing session and very theraputic as well.
