Gary Lee "Paw Paw" Nesteby, 53, of Bruceville, passed away at his home Thursday, Nov. 24, 2011, surrounded by his loving family. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 2, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr. Burial will follow at Mooreville Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Gary was born Dec. 27, 1957, in Lawton, Okla., to Ernest and Blanche Nesteby. He spent most of his life on the road, working hard as a truck driver. He loved working on hot rods, fishing, but most of all family.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Adams; mother; and brother, Charles Shore.
He is survived by his children, Charidee Clark and husband, James, Dean Craven and wife, Kathleen, Natalie, and Sterling Ritchie; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; father, Ernest Nesteby; and sisters, Linda Bennett and Shirley Blakley.
