It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Sample of Findlay, Ohio, who passed away on June 4, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Norman Sample and Naomi Sample (Brown). He is survived by : his wife Vicki; and his step-children, Jim Slaughterbeck (Ardith), John Slaughterbeck (Jamie) and Teri Slaughterbeck. He is also survived by four stepgrandchildren.
