MICHAEL RICHARD KUZYNOWSKI

Michael Richard Kuzynowski of Elgin.  Memorial visitation for Michael Richard Kuzynowski, 60, will be on Wednesday, Aug. 17, from 5-8 p.m. at Willow Funeral Home, 1415 W. Algonquin Rd, Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.  Interment will be private.  Born March 7, 1951, in Chicago, he passed away Thursday, July 28, 2011, at Sherman Hospital, Elgin.  Michael was employed by Dominick's in Fox River Grove, and previously at Pete's Decorating.  He was a member of the Painters Union Local 50.  He is survived by his wife, Pamela Sue Kuzynowski (nee Haynie); son, Johnathan (Courtney nee Scholinsky) Kuzynowski; mother, Rita Kuzynowski (nee Strelchek); and brothers, Steve (Debi) Kuzynowski and Jim (Amy) Kuzynowski.  He was preceeded in death by his father, Richard M.
