Daniel Boyd {Danny} Preddy, 34, Cassville, died at 6:20 p.m. Tuesday, November 29, 1994, at his residence in Cassville, following a lengthy illness. Mr. Preddy, son of Gerald and Pauline Boyd Preddy, was born on September 16, 1960 in Cassville. He grew up here, graduated from Cassville High School, and attended Southwest Missouri State University. He moved to Riverside, Cal. in 1980 and moved back to Cassville in 1985 where he owned and operated Danny's Town Square Restaurant. He was a member of the First Christian Church, Cassville. Survivors include his parents, Gerald and Pauline Preddy, Cassville; one brother, Leonard Preddy, Cassville; three sisters, Jerry McGuire and her husband, Mike, of Mena, Ark., Judy White and her husband Bill, Branson, and Jane Bekemeier and her husband, Jim, Republic; six nephews; and three nieces. Funeral services were Friday, December 2, at the Williamson Funeral Home, Cassville, with Gary Reed, minister, and John Mehrens officiating. Burial was at Horner Cemetery, Cassville. Pallbears were nephews, Jeff Cope, Michael Garrison, Brian Garriosn, Jason Bekemeier, Lance Bekemeier, and Ryan Preddy. Honorary pallbearers were Michael McGuire, Bill White, Jim Bekemeier, Scott Crisp, Mark Thew, Bruce Holt and Paul Dolid. Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church.
