24 Year Reunion Registration

Dear classmates,

It is important that you register to our UC reunion website to give us an idea of how big of a conference room or ballroom the budget committee need to reserve. Then the budget committee can provide us with preliminary estimate of how much it is going to cost us per head.  Of note, the hotel requires reservation fee if we are to reserve a ballroom for our reunion.  This also means that the budget committee can only negotiate if they know how much money they have on hand. The reunion is about 18 months away but initial payment to attend the reunion is needed to pay for the reservation. The budget committee needs to figure out if payment can be divided into 2 to 3 payment increments.

How to register to the reunion?

There is a sign up form that appears on our Reunion Page, the “24 Year Reunion” tab located on the left. Any Classmate who has submitted Reunion Registration Form online is automatically added to this list. All Reunion registrations will come directly to me as the Site Administrator.  This Reunion tab also provides me with a summary page. The summary page contains list of those Classmates who have registered for our Reunion. I can download the summary list in an excel format and give it to the team leaders. This will also give you an idea how many t-shirts we need to print, how much food Amy Montegrande needs to prepare for our mountain retreat , etc.

Some of our classmates may not have access to the internet or opt to reserve by email, phone or text conversation. The team leaders need to identify these classmates and forward the information to me so that I can manually enter their names. It is essential that you also include the names of their guests so that we can clearly print the attendees’ names on our program pamphlets, sign-in sheets, name tags, raffle tickets, etc.

Thank you for reading this novel. I hope this helps keep us on track.

Take care.
