Went to the U.S. in 1984 came back in '97 and have stayed in San Francisco, Cebu, Camotes Island till his death. He is the half cousin of Peter Suson and a 2nd cousin to Eduardo Borromeo (Elem. batch-USC-BHS 1975) and Vincent Borromeo (HS batch '80). He is a self-learned poet, pianist, & painter.

Raul is also the second cousin of Alfred Borromeo (HS batch '80) & who happens to be the younger brother of Eduardo Borromeo. Also Raul left behind a son (born '85 or '86) who's based in the U.S. and who's mother used to be Raul's wife; a Caucasian American. To his close circle, Raul is known as Joey. This guy has TREMENDOUS potential to benefit society at large. Unfortunately, it remained a potential. I remember one time he was composing a poem entitled 'Weird Escapade' in the middle of a class. What sheer brilliance this guy is!
